For the Rank Icons ( Administrator, Co-Admin, Global Moderator, Support Moderator, Moderator, GFX, Promoter, Top Poster, Contritbutor, Banned, Member and New Member)

The color must be blue and the designs it depends on you,
using glossy much better and for the font must b Arial or Impact, font color
must be white.
