The theme, uhmm. very simple.
Add tables on every sections for a user-friendly view and better.
Add gradient images (1px)
Add borders.
background lang yung makulay.
You have to add borders on every section 'coz it has so many images!
Change the color of the table background to the light greenish one 'coz your background is blue.
This is not like PHPBB3.
Please modify it accurately.

Uhmmm. By the way, I don't need the CSS. It's just in the adminitration panel. In the Display Tab. Play it there to make it beautiful. That's it easy. Smile
