WHAT IS UPHCLEAN
================

UPHClean is a service that once and for all gets rid of problems with user
profile not unloading.

You are having profile unload problems if you experience slow logoff (with
Saving Settings for most of the time while logging off), roaming profiles
that do not reconcile, or the registry size limit is reached.

UPHCLEAN is actually a software manufactured by Microsoft Corporation. I'm not exactly sure if it is a built-in software with in a Windows Operating System or whatsoever and what i have monitored/observed in my system during and while using this software is that its really really cool because, as i shutdown my computer i don't need to wait a minute or more before my computer shutdown but in instant my computer shut - off. (UseAtYourOwnRisk)

by the way sir i can harm a computer?

No, it doesn't harm a computer but still "Use it at your Own Risk" for the reason that i don't know exactly if what part of your Operation System or simply in your system this program performs. but as i observed my computers performance this program/software performs well so there's nothing to worry about.

the program/software that i have shared here is fully functioning and this is not a corrupted file/software.
